Scott been playing Frank since 1986 and really looks the part. He is 6'2" (without the heels) and resembles a cross between Alice Cooper and Gene Simmons. He has 17 tattoos, a couple piercings and very long legs that he is very proud of. Scott shaves almost all of his body hair, is obsessed with the music group "KISS" and has sub-obsessions with Star Trek, sci-fi and rock of the 70s and 80s. He goes to conventions all the time and has tons of figures and autographed pictures all over his museum-like house. Scott likes the Phantasm movies, Dawn of the Dead (original version), Dr. Who, Batman, Rookies, Emergency, Sanford and Son, Good Times, Rockford Files, MASH, Columbo, Kojak, Babylon 5, Space:1999, Battlestar Galactica and Red Dwarf and he's seen just about old every movie ever, especially if it has Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee, or Oliver Reed in it.

Scott loves strutting his stuff when he plays Frank and is proud of his "Boss" tattoo on his arm, his real hair for Frank and his real mink stole that he uses during the show. Since 1995, he has also performed Frank for the huge annual Tampa Theatre Halloween RHPS show "Larger Than Life" cast. He's a proud Leo and lives in Tampa with his 2 Siamese cats.
